When Roasted Bean Freak began, it was just a tiny spark of passion for coffee. But over 25 years as a chef and working with local roasters to select the perfect roast for each restaurant. I was made into one serious caffeine enthusiast! I kept drinking my beloved brew despite its harsh effects on my health… some might say that’s true love (or addiction).
